Have you heard about this General Motor Diet Plan? It includes a diet regime for 7 days and you will succeed in losing 10 pounds for that week! Despite this, it is good for detoxification of the body and removing all of the toxins inside.
The main item in this diet represents the cabbage soup. This recipe is becoming really popular among all ages.
This diet is low in fat and high in fibers. You will have to eat the cabbage soup every day during this diet, however, that is the only things that repeat. It is considered an addition to the diet and that is why there is no limitation in its consummation, you can eat as much soup as you like!

The first rule is that if you see it on the list, then you can consume it as much as you want. The other rules are to drink a lot of water and that consummation of alcohol is forbidden.

Day 1 – Fruits
You should consume your cabbage soup and fruits such as melons, watermelons and cantaloupe, however, do not consume bananas.
Day 2 – Vegetables
You can start with one boiled potato for example. Eat the cabbage soup and any vegetable that you like in unlimited amount. However, do not use oil in the process of cooking them.
Day 3 – Fruits and vegetables
You can consume the cabbage soup and anything like in Day 1 and 2, but not bananas as well.
Day 4 – Bananas and milk
You should eat your soup and according to the recommendations, 8 bananas and 3 glasses of milk.
Day 5 – Proteins and tomatoes
Despite the soup, you should consume tomatoes and any protein you like such as chicken, fish or turkey. It is also important to drink 12 glasses of water on this day.
Day 6 – Proteins and vegetables
Consume the soup combined with vegetables but also include beef. You are also allowed to eat 1 cup of rice.
Day 7 – Juices, fruits and vegetables
On the last day, you can drink unsweetened fruit juices and combine the soup with vegetables and rice. It is important to drink a lot of water as well.

- 23 oz water
- 6 oz large onions
- 2 oz green peppers
- 3 oz whole tomatoes
- 1 oz cabbage
- 1 oz bunch celery – add herbs and seasoning as desired
If you want an amount for several days, just double the ingredients.
All you have to do is put all of the ingredients in a big pot and boil them until they are ready.
