Cardiologist Suggests This Diet: A Safe Way To Lose 7 Pounds In 5 Days

It is very easy and simple to follow. The breakfast is always the same. You can consume any fruit you want, except grapes or bananas. For lunch and dinner follow this plan:

Day #1

  • Lunch: a cup of yogurt, 1 egg, an orange
  • Dinner: 2 eggs, 2 pieces of toast, 2 tomatoes, ½ a cucumber or a small lettuce salad

Day #2

  • Lunch: a cup of yogurt, 1 boiled egg, an orange
  • Dinner: 1 piece of toast, 125 gr. of cooked red meat, 1 orange, a cup of tea or coffee (without sugar)

Day #3

  • Lunch: a cup of yogurt, 1 boiled egg, an orange
  • Dinner: the same as the previous day

Day #4

  • Lunch: 1 piece of toast, 125 gr. of cottage cheese, an orange
  • Dinner: the same as days 2 and 3

Day #5

  • Lunch: a piece of toast, 200 gr. of cooked red meat (or fish), 1 tomato.
  • Dinner: ½ a pound of cooked potatoes, carrots and peas

After you finish this 5-day diet, make a 2-day rest and then repeat the same process again. You are going to be amazed by the results! Avoid consumption of sugar and alcohol and do not use salt while preparing your meals.
