Here’s Why Your Belly Just Won’t Go Away

Usually, the belly fat is the hardest one to get rid of. However, that doesn’t mean that it is impossible to do it. There are a lot of factors that affect it, so below you can read the most common ones which can help you change something in your life in order to achieve the goal. So let’s take a look:

1.You are consuming a lot of processed food

The belly fat is connected to inflammation which is then happening because of the consummation of refined grains, white bread and sweets and sweet drinks. Furthermore the fats in the animal products are also one of those that are causing the inflammation.

That is why it is better to avoid consuming these kinds of food. It is suggested to eat more vegetables and fruits because they have antioxidants and anti-inflammatory characteristics which are helpful for losing some weight and belly fat.

2. Not having a challenging workout

The belly fat is really persistent so you have to be too. That is why you will need to train hard and increase the intensity constantly. In that way you will burn more calories and the effects will come sooner.

3. Not sleeping enough

According to the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention having a lack of sleep can lead to chronic disease among which obesity, hypertension and diabetes.

That is why it is important to have a good sleep.  According to one study in the journal Sleep, the people that were sleeping only for 5 hours or even less had a 27% chance to have obesity in comparison to the others that had enough sleep.

You will feel much better and affect your belly fat too if you sleep at least 7 hours a day.

4.Not consuming enough fat

It is important to consume monounsaturated fats like the ones found in the olive oil and avocado and omega-3 fats which are found in fish, walnuts and sunflower seeds. They include anti-inflammatory characteristics and are beneficial for lowering the cholesterol level, stabilizing the heart and easing the inflammation.

So, pay attention to the fats that you are consuming and keep them moderate.

5.Having a lot of stress

The stress is also another reason for fat because when we are stressed our body starts to produce one hormone known as cortisol which is increasing the amount of fat that the body clings to thus enlarging the fat cells. That is why you must find a way to deal with your stress, for example you can meditate or do yoga.

The belly fat is really hard to fight with, as you all already know, so try to do your best and don’t give up!
