Eating Fruit After Meal

We all want to take a nap after eating, however, you should try to avoid this because first of all, you will have heartburns because the digestive juices will rise through the food pipe. Another thing that may happen is snoring and sleep apnea because the food pressures the diaphragm. It is recommended not to go to sleep for at least 2 hours after eating.
If you take a shower just after you have your meal, your body circulation will be concentrated on the other parts of your body rather than on your stomach, so that may result in digestive issues. Wait for a minimum of 30 minutes and then you can have a shower.

It is believed that it is good to walk after you eat, but surprisingly this is not true. This can cause indigestion and acid reflux. Instead, you should wait at least 30 minutes, and then you can go for a walk.
