Lunch: Chicken thighs roasted in a pan with sage, lemon, and rosemary, or chicken roasted in the oven with thyme, black olives, and onion.

Dinner: Vegetable broth with garlic, onion, carrots, celery, bay leaves and thymes with mushroom heads or penne pasta with mushroom, tomato and basil sauce (and meat if you want)

  • Drinks

It is important to stop consuming drinks rich in sugar and consume healthy drinks instead.
