Low Carb Cheeseburger Cabbage Wraps

You will use the cabbage in this recipe as a bun replacement; however, the leaves need to be big so that you can wrap the whole burger.

  • 4 large green cabbage leaves (from 1 head)
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • Kosher salt

  • 1 medium tomato, sliced

FOR THE SAUCE

Method of preparation:

Take one bowl, add water and get it to boil. Then use tongs in order to dip the leaves of the cabbage inside for around half a minute each. Then put them aside on the towel in order to dry.

Then prepare the sauce: take one bowl and add inside mustard, mayonnaise, garlic, and vinegar, you can also add salt and pepper and mix everything in order to get smooth.
